COVID-19 / BREXIT Update

The postal service may be disrupted at this time due to Covid-19 and Brexit, so please be patient while you wait for your order to arrive. Many International and European destinations are experiencing delivery hold-ups and delays due to more complex customs process into Europe post-Brexit, limited lorry/airline capacity, government restrictions and consequent backlogs. I am therefore asking customers to allow more time for orders to arrive. I thank you for your understanding.

*Please Note: The recipient is responsible for paying any duty or taxes due to customs requirements of the destination country.

How much does DELIVERY cost?

 

FREE UK delivery on all orders

All other shipping costs are as follows:

EU: Prints and Originals £5.00; Postcards & Stickers £2.95


Rest of World: Prints and Originals £6.00; Postcards & Stickers £2.95

Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?

I accept payment via Wix payments, which includes all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, and I ship everything with great care directly from my studio in the UK. 

All giclée prints are either mailed in tubes or for smaller prints in flat reinforced packages. If you have any problems receiving the parcel then please get in touch and we can track the package online. 

How soon will you send my order?

All orders will be sent within 3 to 5  business days from the date of purchase, often sooner, unless a particular date is stated clearly within the item description (for example, in the case of pre-orders for prints or products). If you're in a particular hurry, please let me know and I'll try to send your order as soon as possible.

Are your prints professionally printed?

Yes all my prints are professionally printed giclée prints. The process uses high quality archival inks on thick, luxury fine art paper which will last a lifetime.

 

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or exchange. I package everything very carefully to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition, but in very rare cases accidents sometimes happen! I've sent hundreds of packages over the past few years, and have had just one or two incidents of damaged or lost items, so I hope this eases any concerns you may have.

Can I commission you to create some art especially for me?

I often work on special commissions so I'd be happy to discuss the possibility of creating something for you. More information on commissions can be found here.

Where can I find out about new work and products?

I usually post new work and works-in-progress on my Instagram account. Keep an eye on my shop as I add new pieces on a regular basis. 

If I see something on your website or social media that I'd like to purchase but it’s not in the shop, what should I do?

Not all of my artwork is currently in the shop, so please contact me and I'll be able to let you know whether the item is still available and provide you with more details.

My question isn't answered here, what can I do?

I have the chat option which I use to answer immediate questions when I'm not drawing or just send me a message via the contact page and I'll be happy to help!
